Many great features have been added to firmCHANNEL in version 4.2, including the new Live Support system, enhanced TV playback, support for almost any wide, standard and vertical resolution, and much more. Starting in 4.2, users can enjoy Digital Signage in full HD, or at any level in between with support for 480p, 720p, 1080p, and many more resolutions.

The all new Integrated Template retrieval system now allows our clients to download and install new templates from the community directly from their Player providing a direct method of retrieving new templates. With currently 329 templates available with more being created each day, this new method utilizes a shopping cart, for ease of batch transfers.

Our new Live Support system allows firmCHANNEL's dedicated Technical Support Team to provide an amazing level of service to our Support & Maintenance clients. If you need a hand using a particular feature, or a configuration option, our firmCHANNEL Technical Support Team can simply connect to your workstation and guide you through the changes. firmCHANNEL Technical Support can now provide support to remote players anywhere in the world to diagnose problems, adjust settings, and perform many other tasks that were previously difficult to perform remotely.
